Adam Mueller is an Account Executive for Mac Strategies Group, assisting account teams with media outreach, drafting communication materials, and conducting research to achieve strategic objectives aligned with clients' goals. Passionate about research and writing, Adam helps advocate for clients by communicating their message to engage audiences and secure media coverage in target markets across Illinois.
Prior to joining Mac Strategies Group in 2019, Mueller spent a term at prominent Chicago-based communications firm honing his skills through a post-graduation internship. Mueller was able to reinforce and expand his knowledge of public relations and strategic communications campaigns, while simultaneously building a foundation in the practice of public affairs.
While in college, Adam, along with a small team of fellow public relations majors, was awarded the Ebeling PR-ize for orchestrating a successful grassroots campaign, "Fight for Blight", aimed at transforming a vacant lot in Peoria into a pocket park to enhance community wellness. Mueller also interned with the American Red Cross Blood Services in Peoria, where he was responsible for the branch's internal and external communications with employees, volunteers and blood donors. Adam was charged with conducting outreach activities, training of new personnel, as well as designing and writing articles to help promote the good work being done by the organization in the local community. Still committed to their mission, he is a regular blood donor and an occasional volunteer.
Adam is a graduate of Bradley University with a major in public relations and a minor in German. A native to the Chicagoland area, he currently resides in the city's southwest suburbs.
