Cally Eckles serves as a Principal of Mac Strategies Group. With an impressive record of success in governmental affairs and public relations, Eckles lends her expertise to the firm's growing public affairs practice while managing several of the firm's most successful corporate accounts. She has helped grow Mac Strategies Group into an award winning full services strategic communications firm fast becoming one of the most effective agencies for directing successful issue advocacy campaigns and innovative media tours. With offices in Chicago and Springfield, Eckles and the Mac Strategies Group team represent corporations, professional sports groups and trade associations - as well as public policy and coalition organizations seeking to enhance their profile and impact public opinion.

Since the inception of the firm in 2008, Eckles has taken a lead with the corporate side of the practice introducing clients to a new level of exposure.  With a wealth of experience in planning and meeting logistics, Eckles has brought a tremendous value in organizing event specific media tours in new markets coast to coast. Clients routinely appear on television, radio, in print and online publications all across the country. 

Eckles possesses more than fifteen years of governmental affairs experience having worked for a national healthcare trade association and two senior Members of Congress.  Her experience in dealing with complex public policy issues, organizing grassroots lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill and ability to connect with multiple state legislatures is a valuable asset for the firm's growing public affairs and trade association clients. She has demonstrated intergovernmental experience at all levels including federal, state, numerous counties and local governments. Whether tasked to mobilize grassroots leaders, establish a new outreach office or lead successful media campaigns, Eckles has consistently delivered strong results.

Cally Eckles earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
